Shipping, Payment, Returns & Exchanges

Shipping

All orders are processed during business hours – Monday to Friday and will be dispatched within 1 business day and can take up to 21 days to be delivered. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email including a tracking number.
International shipping fees do apply – $20 USD per the total order (not per individual item).

Payment methods

Cart Prices are shown in USD.

We accept payment via paypal and credit card via paypal.

Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days after the goods are received with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
• We will start the process only after we receive the tracking number of the parcel you use to return the product. Returned items must be in their original packaging. All items must be in unused condition

Refunds & Exchanges

• Items will only be refunded when product is faulty.
• Ocean Soul Retreat reserves the right to reject returns or exchange requests if the returned items are in unacceptable condition.
• The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached.
• When returning an item, you must provide your name and address.
• Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. Please note that we are only able to exchange an item for the same style in a different color/size.
